This Way to the House of Austria! (part 2)

"Very well. I'll stay for a while, but I still feel as though I should be apologizing to Hungary..." I said, feeling upset and responsible for their disagreement. "Apologize? For what? You didn't do anything wrong!" Roderich said "Besides, she might hit you with that frying pan.". "Frying pan?" I wondered out loud. "Yes, a frying pan. It may be absurd to hear, but she defended me from Prussia countless times with that pan." he responded. "Oh... How about a new topic?" I asked, trying to distract us both from the previous incident. "I think that would be best." he replied, but before I could respond, there was a knock at the door. "Roderich! Open the door!" I heard Elizaveta's voice shout. Curious to see what was going on, I followed him to the door. When he opened it, Hungary and Iceland were standing there. "Roderich, I've moved on! Iceland and I will have our first dinner tonight!" she said. I could tell this was tearing him up on the inside because he walked to the piano and started playing a piece I haven't heard with all the fury of a natural disaster. "What right do you have doing this to him?! It's me you should be trying to hurt, not Roderich! I hardly even know him, but I already consider him a friend!" I said in his defence. "You're right, I should be trying to hurt you!" she said back, hitting me with a frying pan and rendering me unconscious. When I regained consciousness, Roderich was in another room and I could hear him crying slightly. I walked over to him and tried to comfort him, but he said "That's not why I'm crying. It's because you said you consider me a friend already!". "I see..." I said, and then I had an idea. "Roderich, I think it would be best if we became allies. I can tell this is only going to get worse, so if we form an alliance we should be able to take care of problems quicker than by working individually!" I said. "I agree, but don't you have your own country to worry about?" he replied. I laughed and explained that with how advanced Palamecian technology is, I could make a clone that people would believe to be myself that was just as intelligent. He agreed and we shook hands on the plan. "Allies." we both said at the same time. Shortly after that, I went back to my house, packed what I needed, cloned myself and went back to Roderich's house.
